Sarah Harms is in her first year serving as administrative assistant to UNI's Director of Athletics Troy Dannen.

Harms previously worked as an assistant director of athletic facilities for the Panthers from 2006-2011. She coordinated the facility usage and assisted with the planning and executing of events.

Prior to her work in athletics, she was UNI's conference coordinator beginning in 2002. She was responsible for planning and operating academic conferences and events. Harms joined the workforce as a marketing assistant with an accounting firm in Denver, Colo.

Harms earned her bachelor's of arts from UNI in 1997 and a master's in mass media from UNI in 2004.

She and her husband, Matt, have a daughter, Hannah, and a son, Connor.
