2011: Competed in all seven meets for the Panthers during the 2011 season ... finished in the top-10 at the Bulldog Classic placing ninth overall in the 4,000 meter race with a time of 15:36.95 ... completed the 3,000 meter race at the Iowa Invite with a time of 11:16.60 and a 15^th overall finish ... ran a season best time in the 6,000 meters at the Bradley Cross Country Classic with a time of 23:11.13 ... finished with a season best time in the 5,000 meters at the MVC Championship meet placing 47^th overall with  a time of 19:22.30.

2010: Opened the season with a 4k time of 16:23 at the Bulldog Classic for 17^th place (9/3) ... posted a 3k time of 12:02.50 at the Iowa Invitational (9/18) ... took 54^th place at the Brissman/Lundeen Invitational in the 6k, clocking 23:52.90 (9/24) ... finished the 5k in 20:03 at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational (10/2) ... recorded her best 6k time of the year at the Bradley Classic (10/15), running 23:33.

2009: Finished the 5K course in 20:17 at the Iowa Intercollegiate (9/19) ... ran a 6K time of 25:21.30 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/26).

High School: Personal-best 14:42 in cross country ... won team conference championship and regional championship in junior and senior seasons ... named the Iowa City Press-Citizen cross country Athlete of the Year in 2007 ... four-time Drake Relays qualifier in the 3000m (2006-09) ... finished in 7th place in Class 4A 3000m at state meet in 2008 with a 10:29 ... team won three state championships in track and field (2006-08) ... high school valedictorian, member of National Honor Society, and member of concert and marching band on the drumline.
