CEDAR FALLS, Iowa - The University of Northern Iowa women's basketball team recently spent a morning this fall participating in team building activities.
The team worked through on the ground challenges as well as in the air ropes course events. The ropes course consisted of tight rope partner relays, free falling off of a
telephone pole, and over-sized partner ladder climbing and plank walking.
Players were forced to overcome fears, rely on one another, and push themselves out of their comfort zones. With the season starting just a week away, the Panthers are hoping this spring boards the team into a successful 2012-2013 season.
