SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- The University of Northern Iowa men's golf team finished in third place at the Jackrabbit Invite earlier today after Yarri Bryn ended the tournament with a final round 72. Despite shooting a 78 on the final day of play, Glenn Walls ended up finishing the tournament in a tie for third place individually.
With that in mind, all five golfers in action placed in the top 25 individually outside of the team finishing in third place. Yarri Bryn led the Panthers with five birdies today and a 72 overall. Next to Bryn on the afternoon scorecard was Ryan Argotsinger who carded a 74 to end the tourney.
Jacob Bermel finished the day with a 77 and a tie for 24th place individually while Glenn Walls and Ryan Horner each shot a 78 to end the day. Also, Bennett Klostermann carded a 75 on the final day to put him in a tie for 18th place on the individual competitors leaderboard.
The Panthers will head to Lemont, Ill. next week to partake in the John Dallio Memorial.
