BOONVILLE, Ind. -- The University of Northern Iowa women's golf team currently sit in a tie for second place alongside Indiana State at the Charles Braun Jr. Intercollegiate hosted by Evansville. The Panthers are led by Alex Zenor's first round 75 that has her in a tie for second place individually.
Outside of Zenor's stellar first day of play, she's accompanied by two other Panther golfers in the top 10 of the individual leaderboard. Kaylee Benson shot a 76 to put her in a tie for fourth place individually and Sarah Boss shot a 77 to put her in a tie for sixth place on the individual leaderboard.
Taylor VanDyke carded an 86 on the day for the Panthers to sit in a tie for 41st individually and Sonja Przbylski shot an 89 in her first round of play this season.
