What to Bring:

Completed Tryout Application Form

Completed Tryout Medical Form

Completed Tryout Release Form

Proof of enrollment/acceptance to UNI (i.e. student id or copy of acceptance letter)

Current Physical (dated no EARLIER than 6 months before tryout)

Recent Headshot (does not need to be professional)

Tryout Skills Required:

right and left pirouette, turns in second (2 counts of 8), toe touch, leap in second,

leg hold turn, disk, right straight leap, calypso, and switch leap

Appearance:

black dance pants/capris/shorts, sports bra, dance shoes, no jewelry except for earrings,

hair pulled back, and clean/natural make-up
