Dear Panther Fans,                                                                              

The opportunity to watch UNI athletics compete at the NCAA Championship level is exciting.  We hope you share the excitement with us and relish the opportunities presented to make this weekend memorable.  With opportunities come challenges.  In particular, this weekend will present significant parking challenges associated with men's basketball, NCAA football and NCAA volleyball.  This letter is to inform our Panther Scholarship Club members about the parking plan for Sat., Dec. 3.

            McLeod Center Parking lot - Men's Basketball and Football

Admittance into the McLeod Center Parking lot (adjacent to McLeod Center) will be restricted to:    

1.      PSC members who possess a McLeod Center parking pass at the following levels - Platinum, Diamond and individuals who have purchased a McLeod level parking pass.  This lot will be strictly enforced.

2.      Volleyball parking passes will not have access into the McLeod Center lot. 

West Dome Parking lot - Men's Basketball and Football

            Admittance into the West Dome Parking lot will be restricted to:

1.      PSC members who possess a Scholarship, VIP, Directors, UNI Pride and Gold level parking pass.  Parking in this lot is based on availability. 

2.      Your West Dome parking pass does not guarantee you a spot in this lot.  We anticipate this lot will fill up early.  Plan to arrive early to increase your chances of a parking space.  Please do not use empty parking spaces for tailgating.

3.      If this lot becomes full, you will be directed to the Gravel Lot south of 27^th St. or the grass lot west of the West Dome parking lot. 

Gravel Parking Lot south of 27^th St. - Men's Basketball and Football

            Admittance into the gravel lot south of 27^th St. will be restricted to:

1.      PSC members who possess a Purple level parking pass.

2.      PSC members who are non-season tickets holders for men's basketball and football.

3.      This lot will also accommodate overflow parking once the West Dome lot is full.  

Volleyball Parking

            Volleyball parking will be restricted to the West Dome lot and the Gravel lot south of 27^th St.  You must present your volleyball parking pass for admittance into these two lots.  If these two lots are full we will be utilizing the grass fields located west of the West Dome lot for overflow.  Additional parking lots are available east of Hudson Road near Schindler Education building.     

Handicap Parking

            We will hold the mandatory handicap parking spaces in each lot as per ADA accessibility guidelines.  Once the handicap spaces are full, you will be allowed to use the drop off area near the UNI-Dome or McLeod Center.  A parking attendant will help direct you to the nearest available lot.

We recognize the parking challenges and have worked closely with our parking staff to accommodate as many fans as possible.  Please give yourself ample time to arrive at each event.    Thanks in advance for your assistance.
