Megan Witt became Assistant Director of the Panther Scholarship Club in 2006. Her responsibilities include the coordination of the UNI Golf Tour and assisting with all facets of the Panther Scholarship Club.

She assisted with the implementation of the priority seating plan, and various special events, including Women at Play. Witt was promoted to Athletic Development Coordinator in 2005 and Athletic Club Assistant in 2004 after serving as an intern in the office.

A native of Cedar Falls, Witt received her bachelor's degree in psychology and physical education from Luther College in 2003 and her master's in exercise and sport science, sport administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2004.

Witt lettered in softball all four years at Luther and was a three-time captain on the team. She was twice selected as the team's Defensive MVP, while also being an all-conference performer. Witt also played women's rugby while at Luther College. She and her husband, Jake, have a daughter, Natalie.
