Women at Play is the UNI Athletics Department annual celebration of women's athletics. The night will include a silent auction, social, heavy hors d'oeuvres (courtesy of Hy-Vee), live auction and specialty game. This year's event will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of women's athletics in the Missouri Valley Conference. To celebrate this milestone, a panel of guests will be highlighted as the events entertainment:
Patty Viverito, Senior Associate Commmissioner for the Missouri Valley Conference
Tanya Warren, Head UNI Women's Basketball Coach
Bobbi Petersen, Head UNI Volleyball Coach
Ellie (Blankenship) Reagan, Former UNI Volleyballer & Hall of Famer
Nikki Pauli, Former UNI Track & Field Student Athlete
UNI will also honor a pair of student-athletes, Kelsey Hansen (Soccer) and Molly Lembezeder (Swimming & Diving), that will receive the Pat Allen Women at Play scholarships.
Former UNI Women's Basketball player and 2017 Hall of Fame inductee, Jacqui Kalin, will serve as the host.
Tickets for the event are $40 for a single ticket or $300 for a table of eight, and will go on sale just after Thanksgiving.
