The UNI Golf Tour is a series of fundraising and friend raising events supported by the Panther Scholarship Club and the UNI Athletic Department. Events and registrations are open to the public. UNI alumni, Panther Scholarship Club members, season-ticket holders, and anyone interested in Panther Athletics are especially encouraged to attend. The University of Northern Iowa Athletic Department has released the upcoming UNI Golf Tour schedule for 2009. This year's tour will consist of six golf events. The Men's Spectacular will be held on Monday, June 8 at Sunnyside Country Club in Waterloo, while the Women's Spectacular will be Monday, June 22 at Fox Ridge Golf Club in Dike. This year's golf tour also includes dates in Cedar Rapids, Carroll, Des Moines and the Quad Cities. The 2009 Homecoming Golf Outing will be held on Friday, October 16, and will be hosted by the UNI Alumni Association.
