2006: OUTDOOR - Gained all-MVC honors, placing third in the 1500 meters at the MVC Championships in 3:53.39 ... Placed seventh at the Drake Relays in the 1500 with a personal-best time of 3:51.46 ... Finished the mile at the Sun Angel Classic in 4:23.47 ... Won the 800 at the Missouri Relays in 1:50.80 and at the Wisconsin Twilight in 1:51.39 ... Placed third at the UNI Messersmith Invite in the 800 with a career-best time of 1:50.70 ... Member of the 4x800 relay team that placed third at the Drake Relays (7:26.80) and won the Missouri Relays (7:31.59). INDOOR - Captured second place in the 800 at the Panther Classic, clocking in at 1:53.17... Also earned second place in the mile run at the UNI-Dome Open with a time of 4:14.91... Placed fourth in the mile at the MVC Championships with a time of 4:13.01 ... Competed at the Last Chance Meet in the mile with a season-best time of 4:11.30. 2004: OUTDOOR - Redshirted. INDOOR - Was a member of the distance medley relay that earned all-conference with their second-place finish, completing the race in 10:00.03 ... Finished ninth in the mile at the MVC meet, clocking in at 4:22.71... Ran the mile in 4:28.69 at the ISU Classic. HIGH SCHOOL: A three-time state track champion in the 1600 and 3200 ...
