2009: OUTDOOR - Took third place at the MVC Championships in the 1,500 meter run to earn All-MVC honors...Recorded a season-best time of 3:54.69 in the 1,500 meters at the Nebraska Quad...Clocked in a season-best 1:52.06 in the 800 meters at the Wisconsin Twilight to finish 4th...Finished second at the Messersmith Invitational in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:52.97. INDOOR - Earned his first All-MVC honors at the Valley Championships taking third place in the mile with a time of 4:16.05...Also earned All-MVC honors as a member of the Panthers third place distance medley relay. 2008: CROSS COUNTRY: Recorded a season-best 8k time at the Bradley Classic (26:42). HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year varsity letter winner in track and cross country...finished fourth at the state meet in the 800 in 2008 and 2007...finished second at the Mississippi Valley Conference...recorded a personal best of 1:54.01 in the 800...finished third at state in 2008 in the 1600 with a time of 4:21.93... ...conference champ in the 1600...finished second at the state meet in 2008 in the 3200...recorded a personal best in the 3200 time of 9:27.77.... Graduated with high honors along with being a member of National Honor Society...Also involved in the National Leadership Youth Solute.
