2009: OUTDOOR: Finished 17th overall at the NCAA Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, clocking in a career-best 50.59 in the first round... Helped the Panthers to a 12th place finish at the NCAA Championships in the 4x400 meter relay...Named MVC Most Outstanding Men's Track Athlete after claiming the 400-meter hurdles title in a time of 51.11 and also aiding the Panthers to a first place finish in the 4x400 meter relay...Member of the Panthers Drake Relays Champion sprint medley relay team...Named MVC Track Athlete of the Week (April 14) after his performance at the Sun Angel Track Classic...Qualified for USA Championships.
INDOOR - Helped set the school record in the distance medley relay, serving as the 400 meter leg and automatically qualifying for the NCAA Indoor Championships, later placing 14th at the NCAA Championships...Took the MVC crown in the 400 meters, clocking in a time of 48.31...Helped the Panthers to a first place finish at the MVC Championships in the 4x400 meter relay...recorded a season-best time of 47.67 in the 400 meters at the Meyo Invitational, finishing sixth.
2008: OUTDOOR - Earned his third All-America citation at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, helping the 4x400 meter relay team to a fifth place finish...Took the MVC title in the 400 hurdles with a time of 52.35...Part of the 4x400 relay team earning a runner-up finish at the MVC Championships...Recorded a season-best time of 48.50 in the 400 meter run at the ESU Relays.
INDOOR - Helped the 4x400 meter relay team take the MVC crown with a time of 3:12.81...Recorded a season-best time in the 400 meters (47.47) at the Meyo Invitational...Finished fourth at the MVC Championships in the 400 meters with a time of 48.87...Clocked in at 1:58.88 in the 800 meter run for a fourth place finish at the Panther Open.
2007: OUTDOOR - Named 2007 MVC Outdoor Most Outstanding Male Track Athlete along with teammate Terrance Reid ... Broke the school record in the 4x400 in the NCAA Championships preliminaries with a time of 3:04.13 ... Finished sixth in the NCAA finals, earning All-America honors ... Captured the 400 hurdles title and All-MVC honors at the MVC Championships, clocking in at 51.08 ... Finished 17th at the Midwest Regional meet (53.11) ... Member of 4x400 meter relay team which placed sixth at the Drake Relays ... 4x400 team won the MVC meet and placed fourth at the NCAA Midwest Regional, earning all-Midwest Region Team honors ... Placed second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Musco Invite with a regional qualifying time of 51.04 ... Named MVC Outdoor Male Track Athlete of the Week (week of April 24).
