2009: CROSS COUNTRY - Recorded the Panthers top 6k time of the season, clocking in at 20:34 and finishing in 8^th place at the Hawkeye Invitational...Recorded a season-best 8k time of 26:21 at the Bradley Classic...Finished 51^st the MVC Championships recording an 8k time of 27:46.32.

HIGH SCHOOL: Finished fourth a the Drake Relays in the 3200 meters...Finished eighth at the cross country state meet in 2007 and ninth in 2006...qualified for state in the 1600 meters.
