TRACK: 2008: OUTDOOR: Recorded a personal best in the 800 meters at the MVC championships with a time of 1:53.69...finished sixth at the Emporia State Relays with a time of 1:57.60...placed 17^th at the Musco Twilight (1:58.52) and 22^nd at the McDonnell Invite (2:00.53). INDOOR: Recorded a season-best time at the Alex Wilson Invite with an 800 time of 1:52.89 for 17^th place...finished 11^th at the adidas Classic with a time of 1:54.98...claimed a seventh-place finish at the MVC Championships with a time of 1:56.00...finished ninth at the Wisconsin Elite (1:56.85).

HIGH SCHOOL: Holds the Marshalltown High School records in the 800 and 1600 medley relay...was a Iowa High School State Champion in the 800 meters in 2004 and 2008...state champion in 2006 in the 1600 medley relay and 4x800 relay...took state-runner up honors in 2005 in the 800...Captured the 2006 Drake Relays title in the 1600 medley relay... 2005 CIML cross country champion...Named five time Iowa Elite All-State in track and field, along with five time all-state honors.
