Cross Country
2009: Recorded a season-best 8k time of 27:58 at the Bradley Classic...Recorded a 6k time of 22:58.63 at the Hawkeye Invitational. HIGH SCHOOL: State champion in the 1600 in 2008, took third place at the state meet in 2007 in the 1600...Runner up finish at the state meet in the 3200 in 2008...Took third place at the state cross country meet in 2007...Named first team all conference in baseball in 2008 along with earning all-district and second team all-state honors also...Also played basketball in 2005 and 2006. PERSONAL: Son of Curtis and Janet Nielsen...majoring in exercise science. |
