STILLWATER, Okla. – The University of Northern Iowa women’s cross country team, led by senior Caedryn Schrunk, finished 17^th out of 27 teams at the NCAA Midwest Regionals hosted by Oklahoma State Saturday afternoon. Schrunk finished 38^th overall with a 6k time of 22:02.55.

Freshman Danielle Nowasell crossed the finish line second for the Panthers, taking 53^rd place overall in a time of 22:22.90. Fellow freshman Carly Olsen finished 92^nd, clocking in at 22:53.85. Andrea Wacker finished the race in 23:21.60 for 124^th place overall.

Jessa Schweitzer and Jill Lageschulte finished in 23:43.35 and 23:55.75 respectively.

Senior Mike Clancy, the lone Panther men’s runner, finished the men’s 10K race in 34:25.60 for 123^rd place overall.
