REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2007-08)Redshirt freshman started first 15 games of the year on the wing...had career-best 13 points at Southern Illinois 2/20...hit 5-of-7 shots from the floor against Salukis, and was 3-for-3 at the line...scored nine points twice, at UW-Milwaukee (11/18) and at Iowa State (11/27)...recorded eight points against Indiana State 2/27...had seven points in first career game against Northern Illinois 11/9...had seven points, including crucial conventional three-point play late, against Wichita State 1/23...scored five points and dished out five assists against Wartburg 12/15...recorded five points, one assist and one steal against #22 Drake 1/26...tallied six points in 12 minutes of action against Illinois State 1/30.

HIGH SCHOOLWas a four-year letterwinner in basketball...averaged 28.1 points and 5.6 rebounds per game as a senior...shot 55 percent from the field and 82 percent at the foul line...ended his career eighth all-time in the Iowa high school history in scoring with 2,205 points...team was 93-9 during his four-year career...finished fourth at state as a junior and third at state as a senior...IBCA Class 2A player of the year...two time first-team all-state selection.
