Chicago Invitational Challenge Tickets Available Through UNISept. 23, 2008
Men’s basketball tickets to the third and fourth round of the Chicago Invitational Challenge, to be held Nov. 28-29 at the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, Ill., are available through UNI.
The UNI men’s basketball team will face Marquette on Nov. 28 at 7:30 pm, and Auburn on Nov. 29 at 4:30 pm. There will be a total of four games each day, and a two-day tournament pass costs $87. The full tournament schedule at the Sears Centre is as follows:
Friday, Nov. 28 Mercer vs. Texas Southern – Noon Chicago State vs. Bethune-Cookman – 2:30 pm Dayton vs. Auburn – 5:00 pm UNI vs. Marquette – 7:30 pm
Saturday, Nov. 29 Loser Mercer/Texas Southern vs. Loser Chicago State/Bethune-Cookman – 11:00 am Winner Mercer/Texas Southern vs. Winner Chicago State/Bethune-Cookman – 1:30 pm UNI vs. Auburn – 4:30 pm Marquette vs. Dayton – 7:00 pm
UNI will play the first two rounds of the Chicago Invitational Challenge at the McLeod Center, squaring off with Texas Southern (Nov. 23) and Chicago State (Nov. 25). Tickets to those two games are available as a part of UNI’s season ticket package.
