University of Northern Iowa senior safety Quentin Scott will play in Saturday's Texas vs. The Nation All-Star Game held at the Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso, Texas.

The game will pit top collegiate players originally from Texas or who play college football in Texas against top players from around the nation. The contest will be televised on CBS College Sports (DirecTV Ch. 613, Dish Network Ch. 152) with kickoff slated for 1 p.m. (Central).

Scott becomes the third Panther to take part in the Texas vs. The Nation All-Star Game. Brian Wingert played in the 2007 game and Brandon Keith played in the 2008 game.
