Weber Shoots Six-Under Par in Final RoundSept. 20, 2005
The University of Northern Iowa men's golf team finished 16th today at the Kansas Men's Invitational after a third round 291(+3). The Kansas Jayhawks hosted the event and won with a 286-277-289--852. Play was held at Alvamar Country Club, the course carries 7,092 yards and is a par 72. Sophomore Jordan Weber (Bernard, Iowa/Cascade) was UNI's top finisher, tying for 16th overall. He fired a 66 in today's final to finish the tournament with a one-under par 215. Weber's 66 was the lowest score in the third round.
