2004: Outdoor - Started off the outdoor season at the John McDonnell Invitational with a 23-2 leap in the long jump, placing sixth... Earned all-conference honors with his 23-2 3/4 jump at the Missouri Valley Conference meet, placing second... Also awarded all-conference with a third-place finish in the 200 meters (21.60)... Finished seventh at the MUSCO Invitational where he ran the 200 meters in 21.87... Had a big day at the UNI Twilight where he placed third in the long jump (22- 3/4), fourth in the 200 meters (21.75) and seventh in the 100 meters (11.06).

Indoor - Was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that earned top honors at the MVC meet with their 3:14.34 time...Member of the 4x400 meter relay team captured fourth place at the highly competitive Iowa State Classic with its 3:08.94 time, fourth in the Panther record books... Took third place in the 200 meters with a 22.12 time... Earned fourth place at the MVC meet with a 22.05 time in the 200 meters.

2003: Outdoor - Member of the record-breaking 4x400 meter relay which took first place at the MVC Championships and fourth at the NCAA Regional meet... Placed second in the long jump at the MVC Championships with his leap of 24-2 1/2... Ran a personal and team-best time of 21.91 in the 200 meters at the John McDonnell Invitational... Third leg of the 4x200 meter relay team which broke another school record at the Drake Relays with its time of 1:24.37...

Indoor - Redshirted.

High School: Three-year state track qualifier.... 2-A state champion in the long jump and 200 meters in 2002... First team all-state in 2001 and 2002... First team Elite All-State in 2002... Two-time conference MVP in track and field... First team all-state in both basketball and football in 2002.

Personal: Son of Tim and Kathy Eichmeier... Honor Roll student... Born 10/16/83... Chose UNI because it is close to home and has a great education program... Also recruited by Iowa and Iowa State... Majoring in physical education.
