2004: Outdoor - Captured a sixth-place finish at the John McDonnell Invitational in the 400 meter unseeded with a 49.56 time... Member of the 4x400 meter relay team that captured third place at Midwest regionals with its 3:11.72 time... Finished in fifth place at the Missouri Valley Conference tournament in the 400-meter dash, clocking in at 48.31, his best of the season... Earned fifth place in 3:09.14 with a 4x400 meter relay team at the Drake Relays, placing it third in the Panther record books. Indoor - Member of the 4x400 meter relay team that captured top honors at the UNI Invitational with its 3:14.83 time... Captured all-conference honors in the 400 meters after finishing third in 48.64 and as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished first in 3:14.34... Earned a second-place finish at the UNI Invitational with a 48.47 performance... Finished first at the UNI-Dome Open with his 4x400 meter relay team with its time of 3:11.81.
