Results

For the men, Yuriy Litvinski made his season debut in the triple jump, winning the event with a 48-4 3/4 leap. Cody Eichmeier (Ackley, Iowa/AGWSR) also finished the day with a first-place finish in the long jump where he recorded a 24-11 1/4 distance, setting a new school record for his efforts. Derrick Benner (Paulina, Iowa/South O'Brien) added another win to the Panther's collection when he won the hammer throw competition with a 195-08 distance. Benner regionally qualified with his mark.

The Panthers captured the top two places in the 400 meters, with Ryan Kedley winning the event in 48.31 and Brent Dahlstrom finishing in second in 48.47.Dylan Davis won the men's 1500 meters, clocking in at 4:02.71.

The 4x100 meter relay team of won the event in 41.01 and Adam Hinders (Waverly, Iowa/Waverly-Shell Rock), Jon Drury (Clarion, Iowa/Clarion-Goldfield), Kyle Smith (Toronto, Canada/Birchmount Park) and Jack Ogden won the 4x400 meter relay in

The Panthers will be back in action next weekend in Des Moines, Iowa for the Drake Relays. Multi-events will begin Thursday, April 28 and go through Sunday, May 1.
