Second year conditioning and marketing coordinator Dylan Long joins Penrith's elite coaching staff, following a remarkable collegiate career. Long is a former all-American, earning a second place finish at the 2003 NCAA championships. He held a no. 1 ranking in his junior campaign, the last Panther to do so since Tony Davis.

At the West Regional competition he was crowned with four consecutive titles, earning four automatic NCAA bids. Long holds the fourth highest career winning percentage in school history with .808. He also has his mark on two of the highest wining seasons with records of 31-4 (sixth) and 26-4 (tenth).

Along with his coordinating duties, he will be a large asset to the lower middle weights with training. He recently accompanied Tolly Thompson to the 2005 World Championships in Budapest, Hungrary as a wrestling partner to the USA team. The Creston, Iowa native graduated in 2004 with a Marketing degree.
