2008-09: Earned a spot at the NCAA Championships after winning the 141-pound West Regional title... was forced to injury default in both of his matches at the NCAA Championships... posted a 15-8 overall record while taking on one of the nation's toughest schedules at 141 pounds...seven of his losses came to foes ranked among the top-15 in the nation...scored a 6-4 victory over No.9 ranked Cody Cleveland (Chattanooga) and a fall over No.1-ranked Zach Tanelli (Wisconsin) ...earned first-team all-WWC honors...captured the 141 title at the Loras Open.
