            The University of Northern Iowa women's basketball team will hold its inaugural Golf Gig on August 22 at Pheasant Ridge Golf Course.

            The four-person best shot event will have a shotgun start at 2 p.m. Each four-person team will also be partnered with a member of the women's basketball team.

            Registration is $75 for an individual, $100 to be a sponsor, and $350 for a team and sponsorship. That includes green fees, cart, t-shirt and dinner. All proceeds directly benefit the UNI women's basketball team.
