Box Score

OMAHA, Neb. - The University of Northern Iowa women's soccer team fell 2-1 to Creighton in its final regular season Missouri Valley Conference matchup. Amy Seubert put through her fourth goal of the season in the loss.

Creighton took a 1-0 lead in the 17th minute when forward Emily Orbell made good on a 20-footer to the top-right corner of the net. Seubert (Minnetonka, Minn./Minnetonka) tied the game on a set play with sophomore Laura Wagner (Cedar Rapids, Iowa/Jefferson). Seubert's goal came with less than a minute remaining in the first half and sent the game into intermission with the score knotted at one.

Orbell gave the Bluejays the lead just four minutes into the second half on a free kick. Creighton held the lead from there and handed UNI a 2-1 loss.

The Panthers took five shots on the afternoon, with Seubert accounting for four.
