2004: Provided a solid defensive presence at the catcher position for UNI, compiling a .962 fielding percentage. Third on the team in batting average with a .252 mark. Scored 11 runs on 34 hits, including three doubles and two homeruns. Went 4-5 with a run and an RBI in the Panthers' eight-inning win over Creighton (4-10-04). King's fourth inning home run catapulted UNI to a 1-0 win over Indiana State in the first game of a double-header (4-24-04).

2003: Started all 48 games. Led the team with a .981 fielding percentage. Collected 12 runs on 38 hits, including eight doubles and four home runs while driving in 24, five of which in one game vs. Wichita State (4/12/03). Hit .279 in 136 at bats.

2002: Played in 42 games, started in 26. Had a .258 batting average with two doubles, one home run and 12 RBIs. Had a .315 slugging percentage to go along with a .333 on base percentage. Did not record an error all season.

High School: First team all-Metro selection, second team all-conference selection and third team all-state selection as a senior. Academic awards include academic honors and excellent attendance.

Personal: Born August 31, 1982. Daughter of William King; siblings: Christopher, Joshua and Trishia. Major in Elementary/Middle Level Education. Hobbies include outdoor activities, being with friends, and playing with her nephew Avery. Favorite TV show is "The Simpsons."
