AT UNI: 2007-08: Captured first place in the 100 back in double-dual with Grinnell and Morningside...Took 13th place in the 200 back, third in the 200 medley relay and fourth in the 400 medley relay at the MVC Championships. HIGH SCHOOL: Qualified for state three times in two different events...finished 3rd in both the 100 breast and 200 medley relay her freshman season...finished 6th in the 100 breast her junior season...was the Mississippi Valley Conference Champion in the 100 breast her junior season...holds three Jefferson High School records in the 100 breast, 200 medley relay and 400 free relay PERSONAL: Born Dec. 23, 1988 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa...daughter of Ken and Lisa Mangrich...has a twin sister, April...was class salutatorian and graduated with honors with distinction...member of National Honor Society...majoring in biology. |
