Panthers Undefeated on Road Trip

Nashville, Tenn. -The Panthers only gave up one singles match in a 6-1 route of Austin Peay State University in Nashville, Tenn. UNI was three for three in doubles taking all three matches in decisive fashion. Head coach Sachin Kirtane switched up the lineup putting Agnese Pukse and Taynara Moreas at the No. 1 doubles spot for the first time this season, they went on to defeat their opponent 8-4. At No. 2 doubles Mariana Muraca and Carolina Hannes teamed up for the third time this year and defeated the APSU duo 8-1. Sara Kendall and Meghana Paritala finished out the doubles matches at No. 3, winning 8-1 as well in their second match together. Paritala, Muraca, Hannes, Moreas and Samantha Schnobel all picked up points for the team with their wins in the singles competition. "We are still getting used to playing outside, you could see that in the way we played today, but we are improving and you can't ask for anything more from the girls." Head coach Sachin Kirtane said.
