High School: Basketball team captain as a senior... Nominated to the Iowa All-State Elite Team in the 800 meters... State champion in the 800 meters and distance medley relay as a junior... Holds four school records at Monticello High School: 400 meter dash, 4x800 meter relay, sprint medley relay and distance medley relay... State qualifier in cross country all four years of high school... Also participated in speech, drama, choir, band and the Silver Service Program... Member of National Honor Society... Honored with the National Council on Youth Leadership award. Personal: Daughter of Tom and Cindy Bagge... Born 9/24/85... Enjoys reading, shopping and talking on the phone in her free time... Favorite movie is Meet Joe Black... Chose UNI because it is close to home, has a good track team and good coaches... Majoring in business/political science. |
