2004: Outdoor - Recorded her best 3,000 meter time, 10:24.83, at the UNI Twilight, where she placed second... Finished 13th in the 3,000 at the John McDonnell Invitational in 10:40.75... Placed third at the Simpson Twilight withr her 4:43.39 time in the 1500 meters, her best of the outdoor season... Earned 15th at the MVC Championships after finishing the 5,000 meters in 18:36.40.... Ended her season at the MUSCO Invitational where she finished sixth in the 5K (18:10.77).

Indoor - Held the top times for UNI women in the mile, 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters... Opened her indoor season at the Panther Open where she captured second place in the mile (5:17.93)... Finished seventh in the 3,000 at the Wisconsin Open (10:41.91)... Won the mile at the UNI Invitational with her 5:16.16 time, a team and personal best for the season... Finished 29th and 30th, respectively, in the 3,000 meters (10:25.31) and 5000 meters (18:11.23) at the Iowa State Classic... Recorded two personal bests at the Missouri Valley Conference meet when she ran the 3,000 meters in 10:14.50 for seventh place and the 5,000 meters in 17:46.29, placing fifth... Ranked fifth in the Panther record books with her 17:46.29 time in the 5,000 meters.

2003: Outdoor - Earned first place at the UNI Twilight with her 5,000m time of 18:28.00... Finished first in the unseeded 3,000 at the ISU Classic... At the MVC championships, finished the 10,000 in 37:13.74 and the 5,000 in 18:13.89, both personal bests.

Indoor - Started the indoor season at the Minnesota Open, placing 11th in the 3000... Earned an eighth-place finish at the Panther Classic in the 3,000... At the MVC championships, placed 11th in the 3,000... Took third place at the Simpson Twilight in the 1500 with her personal-best time of 4:51.00.

2002: Outdoor: Ran her best time of the season, 18:13.89, in the 5,000 at the MVC Championships... Took first place at the UNI Twilight in the 5,000... Ran her best 1500 at the Simpson Open with a time of 4:51.0, which was good enough to earn her third place... Ran her best 10,000 in a time of 37:13.74 at the MVC Championships.

Indoor: Finished 29th at the Iowa State Classic where she ran the 5,000 in 18:27.28... Earned all-conference honors when her distance medley team took third place at the MVC Championship meet... Placed 11th at the MVC meet in the 3,000... Finished eighth at the Panther Classic in the 3,000.

High School: Was a three-time state qualifier and captain in cross country and track ...Two-time all-state in cross country ...Was a member of the Northeast Iowa All-Corridor team ...Awarded 2003 Starmont Female Athlete of the Year.
