Box Score

Peoria, Ill. - Rachael Tink (Waterloo, Iowa) had 19 kills and added 11 digs but it was not enough as Bradley defeated the University of Northern Iowa volleyball team, 3-1, tonight at Robertson Field House. Game scores were 30-28, 17-30, 30-28 and 30-24 in favor of the Braves.

Freshman outside hitter Laura Rowen (Hansell, Iowa) had her fourth straight match with double-figure kills as she had 12 for the Panthers. Sophomore Stephanie May (Dubuque, Iowa) had a career-high 25 digs on the night. Bradley's Lindsay Stalzer led all players with 21 kills.

Despite the loss, UNI will be the #2 seed at next week's State Farm Missouri Valley Conference tournament. The Panthers open tournament play at 5:00 p.m. on Friday (Nov. 26) in the semifinals against the winner of the match between #3 seeded Southwest Missouri State and #6 Indiana State, played earlier that day.

UNI saw its six-match winning streak snapped and ends the regular season with a record of 22-9 overall, 13-5 in the Missouri Valley Conference. Bradley is now 9-20, 3-15 in MVC play.
