LOYALTY DISTRIBUTION (Not currently active for distribution)
2.1
Loyalty Distribution is a
priority-based system that is initiated only when demand for tickets exceeds
supply.
2.2
Students who register for tickets have
a ranked entries in the Loyalty Distribution based on the number of Loyalty
Points earned by attending previous games and events (see 3.0 for details).
Therefore, students can increase the opportunity to obtain tickets to future
games by attending games throughout the Men's Basketball and other designated
athletic and campus events.
2.2.1
The first distribution awards 500
tickets in the student ticket allotment in straight loyalty point order, and
then awards the remaining ticket allotment (minus 100 for game day distribution)
via an On-Demand first-come, first-serve basis.
2.3
The above distribution best should
ensure that the most loyal students receive tickets for the most high-profile
games, while still providing all students the opportunity to receive tickets to
every game since all students pay the student Panther Pass fee.
2.4
Students who are awarded tickets via
Loyalty Distribution receive email notification regarding how and by what
deadline to claim their tickets.
2.4.1
Students then have one (1) day to
claim their ticket by: (a) Accepting their ticket through their UNI Student
ID card.
2.4.1.1
Tickets that are awarded but not
claimed within two days revert back to the UNI Ticket Office and are awarded to
students through the On-Demand process on Days 4 & 5 (see 1.3.2 for details).
2.4.1.2
Following
the one-day claim period for Loyalty Distribution, additional students who
desire to attend the game can claim any available tickets during the
ticket-on-demand period up until one day prior to game day by (a) Accepting
their ticket through their UNI student ID card.
2.4.1.3
Students who
claim a ticket but later decide not to attend the game for whatever reason must
cancel their ticket online no later than 12:00 Noon one day prior to game day.
